Waiting my vikings’ blogfriends!!!

Just three days now before the Cruisers arrive from North Europe!!!
I was away from blogosphere since several days!
I went to Paris with Anaïs who had her plane to finland at the airport Roissy Charles de Gaulle.
When we arrived at the airport there was the police and the army at our Terminal (a bomb alert!) and so we had to wait fast two hours after our hostelbus.
After a short night as she took her plane at 7h 40, I decided to take the TGV to Marseille as the train station is just under the airport. When I arrived at Marseille Saint Charles station I took another TGV to Toulon but then we lernt that there was a human accident between Marseille and Toulon so we staid more than two hours at the station in the train!!!!
But I had a nice book wroten by Arto Paasilinna! I had already red but When I like some books I often read them again.
and no time to stop when I arrived and have an halt as my friends were waiting us on the beach for a picnic!

Another picnic we had on the beach when Anaïs was still in France!
You see the nice guy with the guitar on the pic. He was so nice with another musicien and recorded Anaïs singing her own songs. now she has her CD with 4 nice songs. We have to think now what to do on internet with the CD and how protect it.
Today we began to think to our Cruisers with Pierre and about the cooking!
As we don’t know exactly the time they arrive in the evening at the 4th of august we decided a cold provençale snack :
First of all the Pastis
Anchoïade, tapenade with vegetables, perhaps with a mayo too as I can understand my vikings are not used with the south taste ), pissaladière. (côte de Provence wine)
Clafoutis cake with cherries.
Eau-de-vie of the Garlaban!!!
Hummm!

Bomb alert and other accident, oh my! I hope our trip to you we’ll be without that kind of delays…
Wow! So soon Anaïs will be a famous singer and we’ll ask for her autograph…. *giggles*
Yes, soon we’ll invade your house – hopefully with a lot of joy and laughter
Oh my god! What a snack menu you’re planning for us! We’ll think we ended up in heaven…. *giggles*

Sorry for all your troubles, but glad Anaïs enjoyed coming back to Finland and recover the north nature
Looking forward to hear the song too!
What great servings you’ve planed for the first evening – all this lovely French cuisine – my mouth is watering!
I think we’ll leave Marseille around 3PM, so then you might figure out when we arrive – approximately. I’ll give you a call when we’re on our way by car.
Can hardly wait and counting down!

Oh my I do agree with Lifecruiser, and hope that our trip will go smoothly. At least we are planning on arriving one day before coming to you, so we should not be delayed in arriving for this delicious evening you are planning. Looks wonderful, and you know we are planning and packing and dreaming now!!!

Oh my gosh! A bomb alert and all those other things? Must have been nice to have a book at hand. That’s the reason why I always pack up a couple of books when I’m traveling. Glad you arrived to a fun picnic though.
And maybe something will come out of your daughter’s singing career! That will be very exciting
